Dear friends,
Do you have a great job? If you do, you do what you love and you love what you do.
That describes my job here at Studio Classroom. I love helping people learn more about life and how to make the most of it.
I get to make radio and TV programs and a great variety of other things as well as meet many interesting people.
That keeps me going strong! In one of our articles this month, “‘Giant’ Continues to Lead the Way,” (page 28) you’ll read about another CEO who is passionate about his job.
Some people, who love their jobs or are concerned about doing their best, hate to miss work when they are sick.
That is not a good idea. Employees who try to work when they are sick make more mistakes and produce lower quality work. So next time you feel sick, stay home!

Do you know what a “chatbot” is? It’s a virtual personal assistant. It is probably not passionate about its work because it has no emotions, but companies are working hard to make them more human and more useful. They can do some amazing things now, and in about five years people will interact with them instead of using search engines. Check our article “When Robots Become Your Sidekick” (page 34) for more information.
