PETER K.C. HO was born in Hong Kong in 1957. At age 19, he emigrated to Canada with his parents. He graduated from the Ryerson University’s School of Image Arts (major motion picture) in Toronto.
After 6 years work engagement as assistant film director, TV commercials cameraman, senior TV producer, TV program developer, TV show host in Hong Kong and Canada, he joined the financial consulting, investment advisory profession at age 30 and built his proven track record as director, first vice president, senior investment advisor, portfolio manager and chartered investment manager with prominent international financial institutions for 32 years.
Ho retired from the financial industry in 2020 and now focuses his time, energy and creativity on inspirational photography and writing. TREASURE ISLAND: THE ADVENTURES OF A DREAMER is the pilot edition of his inspirational photo journal book series, in the self-help, self- discovery & wellness, faith & spirituality book genre category.
As an international award-winning image arts creative in news, sports, personality, lifestyle and advertising music photography, Ho is an active explorer in the black+white environmental portrait photography genre. His photo credits include Delta Sky inflight magazine, The Globe And Mail, One Eyeland Book, Applied Arts magazine’s Creative Calendar, Germany’s Capital business magazine and other digital media channels. He is an Associate of The Royal Photographic Society, UK.
