The Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union Kwong Yum Care Home (Integrated Aged Care Service) ("Kwong Yum Home")provide one-stop integrated service including the provision of 24/7 transitional and residential care service, dementia-specific service and spiritual end-of-life care service to Hong Kong elders.
With respect for life and the spirit of love and hope in Jesus Christ, our interdisciplinary team, including chaplains, nurses, social workers, physiotherapist, occupational therapists and doctors, collaborates to provide holistic care services of “Love and Benevolence, Life with nurturance” for older adults. We guide them on a path filled with faith, hope and love, witnessing the transformative journey of older adults together.
